Great atmosphere, and friendly, attentive service. Food is not bad, but not very exciting either. Leberknödelsuppe was great, nice flavor. Schnitzel a little chewy, breading looked commercial. Chanterelle sauce was broken.
Kannte das Restaurant bisher nicht. Mit dem Schlemmerpass besucht und positiv überrascht gewesen. Die Preise sind leicht gehoben, aber angesichts des Gesamtbildes angemessen. Es gab nichts auszusetzen. Das Essen war lecker, der Service aufmerksam und höflich. Das Ambiente ist modern und ansprechend. Auch für einen schönen Pärchen-Abend geeignet (man kann ein Candlelight-Diner buchen). Im Sommer gibt es wohl einen Biergarten im schön angelegten Außenbereich. Dazu kann ich aber leider nichts sagen...wir waren im Oktober hier.
Wir haben heute die Obermain Therme besucht und sind deshalb auf das Restaurant Dornröschen aufmerksam geworden. Es fällt schon auf dem Parkplatz die tolle Location auf. Auch die Einrichtung ist gehoben. Der Service ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Man fühlt sich direkt willkommen. Auf der Karte ist für jeden etwas dabei. Wir wählten den Holzfäller-Spieß und die Frankenpfanne. Beide Portionen waren groß und haben sehr gut geschmeckt. Preis/Leistung ist hier sehr gut. Wir können einen Besuch auf jeden Fall empfehlen.
Ein wunderschönes Restaurant das von außen wie ein Märchenschloß wirkt. Im Innenbereich ist es auch sehr angenehm. Der Service war sehr aufmerksam und flott unterwegs. Mein Spieß mit Rumpsteak und Schweinefilet schmeckte ausgezeichnet. Allerdings für einen kleinen Salat dazu 6.50 € zu verlangen ist eine Unverschämtheit. Trotzdem werde ich gerne einmal wieder vorbei schauen.
Der beste Service, den ich bisher erleben durfte. Meine Eltern und ich haben drei Gerichte bestellt, die alle sehr lecker waren (Grillkäse auf heißem Stein, Frankenpfanne und Bauernschnitzel). Von Beginn an viel uns auf, dass der Kellner Stefan sehr umsichtig und aufmerksam war. Ich hatte den heißen Stein, der natürlich irgendwann abkühlte. Ich war sowieso fast fertig und dachte nicht, dass der Stein getauscht werden könnte. Kurz darauf bot Stefan genau das an, doch ich lehnte dankend ab - ich war ja fast fertig. Dann wurde ich sehr überrascht, als er mir nach dem Essen ein Dessert anbot als Entschuldigung, dass er zu spät bemerkt habe, dass mein Stein abgekühlt war. Ich entschied mich für den Cheese Cake, der ebenfalls sehr sehr lecker war. Einen herzlichen Dank für diesen angenehmen Abend und ein ausgesprochenes Lob an Stefan. Es ist eine Kunst so aufmerksam zu sein und gleichzeitig überhaupt nicht aufdringlich zu wirken.
